MGR Racing and WOT Performance Create New Partnership

Phoenix, AZ, March 5, 2007. WOT Performance and Team MGR Racing today announced a long term sponsorship agreement commencing March 2007, which will last until the end of the 2007 ASC Racing season. WOT Performance will become Title Sponsor of the Team - "MGR Racing – WOT Performance" and the 'Official Racing Partner.'

The sponsorship demonstrates WOT Performance ongoing commitment to auto racing, an industry and a sport that continue to deliver massive global attention and which has significant appeal for WOT Performance customers across the Southwest.
The title sponsorship includes a number of benefits:

• The team name will be "MGR Racing-WOT Performance."
• WOT Performance will be the 'Official Racing Partner' of the team.
• Predominant Title Sponsorship branding on the new 2007 car, driver's helmet and other ancillary elements.
• Significant marketing activation opportunities including Websites, merchandising, and promotional rights including team support and track days.
• Behind-the-scenes access to the MGR Racing Team, enabling WOT Performance to bring exclusive race content to WOTPerformance.com and its customers, allowing them to 'live the motor racing experience' and feel part of the racing team.
• Additional content will include MGR Racing-WOT Performance I-Newsletters, Race Summaries and full team biographies, the Team MGR Racing story, exclusive MGR Racing-WOT Performance Team photographs, videos, wallpapers and screensavers.
